Hi, I’m Jen Gelhar, founder of Just in Time Teachers. Here are a few facts about me:

  • I have an educational background in elementary education and early childhood from UW-River Falls
  • I have over 35 years of experience working in early childhood, 25 of which I have owned and operated my own childcare center.
  • I am the owner of an early childhood substitute company, where I am active in the daily operations and growth strategies of the company.
  • I have worked in all roles from aide to director to
    owner
  • I absolutely love helping directors and owners gain
    confidence in managing their programs
  • I love kids!

Flexible Consulting Options

At Just in Time Teachers, we believe in transparency and flexibility. Whichever option you choose, you won’t have to worry about hidden fees or long term commitments. 

Monthly Retainer

$250/month for up to 4 hours of consulting, strategy development, guidance or training.

Hourly Support

$65/hour for one-time assistance or additional support as needed.
