A Legacy of Early Childhood Education

Just in Time Teachers was founded by Jen Gelhar, an early childhood educator with more than 30 years of experience. Since 1999, she has operated the Little Beginnings Learning Center in Hastings, Minnesota. During this time, she became increasingly aware of the struggles facing both directors and educators.

Jen founded Just in Time Teachers to be a different kind of a childcare substitute agency. In addition to providing placement, Just in Time Teachers places a special emphasis on training and resources. They also provide hands-on consulting for education centers.

With more than 50 years of combined experience, the team at Just in Time Teachers is more than equipped to meet the needs of their local early education community.
