The admin team at Just in Time Teachers has 50+ years of combined experienced working in the early education industry. We have taught in classrooms, managed operations for education centers, and everything in between.
In addition to acting as a preschool sub agency, Just in Time Teachers also provides resources, consulting services, events, and more for centers and educators.

Owner & Operator
Education: Attended University of Wisconsin- River Falls
I am the owner and operator of Just in Time Teachers and a child care center, Little Beginnings Learning Center. I opened my center in 1999 and have worked to create a warm environment where children can grow and learn. Having experienced my own staffing problems, I realized a need for quality early childhood substitute teachers.
I have an educational background in Elementary Education and Early Childhood and years of experience teaching and running childcare centers. Both Little Beginnings and Just in Time are family-run businesses by myself and my husband, Wade. Outside of work, I enjoy running, horseback riding, gardening, camping, hiking, traveling, and spending time with my precious grandchildren.

Hi, my name is Nicki and I am so excited to be a part of this wonderful company who has given me the opportunity to utilize my skill set to assist them in their growth! I truly value being a part of a team that puts so much emphasis on giving back to the community and helping shape little minds. Outside of work, my husband and I are raising our son & twin daughters and we do our best to spend any free time we have camping or exploring the outdoors.

My name is Jenn and I’ve been a part of building Just in Time Teachers from the very beginning. I’ve enjoyed seeing this company grow and meet the staffing needs in the early childhood community in Minnesota. I live in Stillwater with my husband and two children. I enjoy baking, reading, and connecting with friends and family.
I have my B.S. in Early Childhood Education, and I have spent numerous years in the early childhood field as a teacher and administration. With my passion and experience, I love being able to offer support to our center partner’s directors and administration team. I also love supporting and training our staff to feel confident in their role as an early childhood substitute teacher.
Haley Ramcheck

Education: BA in Communications with a minor in Education and Language, University of Wisconsin- Eau Claire
My name is Haley Ramcheck and I am thrilled to be a part of the Just In Time Teachers team! As a former teacher, I throughly understand the importance of each and every day in the classroom. I also understand the nerves that come with how the day may go when teachers need to leave their class in the hands of others. I am excited to implement my degree from the University of Wisconsin- Eau Claire and experience in communications to relieve any of those nerves and provide a worry free system within a vital part of our community. I know between the Just In Time Teachers team and our partnered centers, we will be able to accomplish amazing things.
Aside from my excitement to start this journey, I enjoy traveling, crafting, living an active lifestyle, and spending time with my family and friends!
