Whenever we hire someone with Just in Time Teachers, we follow an intensive training process.  This ensures that everyone entering your center is fully trained according to state regulations and is ready to work.  You just need to help inform them of any center-specific information on the first day.

Just in Time Teachers will do the work of making sure anyone coming into your center is qualified to do the job.  We will share files electronically so everyone has the most up-to-date information and knows what’s going on.  Each center will have its own Google File that is continually updated.

At Just in Time Teachers, we value our partner centers and staff.  When you request subs, you will interact with us directly.  You aren’t just a number but an important part of our team.  We utilize tools like Slack, Google Drive, and good old fashion phone calls to stay connected and able to send help.
